Cleaning Tips
Always clean your walls from the top down to the bottom.
Don't forget to do the top of the doors as well.
Take those pictures down off your walls and give them a good dusting over.
Clean those doorknobs or replace them. A funky door knob gives new life to the entrance way.
This will take some time and effort, but your house will look great and have a fresh feel to it.
Wall Cleaner
Use washing soda and warm water.
Approximately 1/2 cup of washing soda to 1/2 bucket of warm water.
I find this solution cleans the wall effortlessly.
You must rinse with clean water or a vinegar and water rinse, otherwise you may have some left over residue.
Ammonia Wall Cleaner
2 ounces borax
1 teaspoon ammonia
2 quarts water
Simply mix and dissolve the ammonia and borax with the water in a cleaning bucket.
